Journalist Scott Lomax said he was confident justice would prevail for Barry George, the man accused of killing Ms Dando, when he stands trial again next week.George, 48, is accused of shooting Ms Dando outside her house in Fulham, South London, in April 2000. He is expected to enter a not guilty plea when the trial begins at the Old Bailey on Tuesday. Mr Lomax, 25, has written books and articles arguing that George is innocent of the crime. "Having seen all the evidence I've no doubt Barry is entirely innocent. "I'm confident the jury will reach the same conclusion," he said.
