Cases of Interest

This page is for information about cases I am involved in or have an interest in. I must stress that I do not necessarily believe that those who claim to be the victims of miscarriages of justice are innocent. I am certain that some of the following are innocent but only a tiny number. I know one of the following is guilty and strongly suspect two others I have written about are also guilty. I remain undecided about several, but follow the cases due to curiosity and a desire to help determine the truth, whatever the truth might be. Often even guilty people are convicted of crimes without their guilt being proven. As such it is still necessary to investigate those cases to be absolutely certain that justice has been served and to prevent those individuals from having a successful appeal. However, the following cases are not all alleged miscarriages of justice. Unsolved crimes, suspected murders and missing persons cases are featured. To view details of a particular case click on the relevant name below.

Barry George: The victim of one of the greatest miscarriages of justice in Britain in recent years

Susan May: A shocking case, as there is no evidence at all against Susan

Nick Tucker: Convicted of a crime that never happened

Derek Christian: a very likely miscarriage of justice

James Harry Reyos: a high-profile case from the USA

Peter Carine: A would-be drugs smuggler or an innocent man caught up in a major crime?

Bradley Allardyce

Jamie Lee Dunn

Peter Falconio/Bradley Murdoch

Ricky Dyer Jr: Was he the victim of murder or suicide?

Ruth Ellis: The last woman to be hanged in Britain, but should she have been executed?

Terence Allen
- Allen was convicted of rape and murder. He protests his innocence but, having questioned him in detail, I have no doubt as to his guilt.

Kathryn-Mary Herbert: An unsolved murder from 1970s Canada

Both Graham Huckerby and James Power have had their convictions quashed. For more details about the quashing of the convictions please click here. For details of each man's case please click on the relevant link below:
